LICENSE AGREEMENT

1.Copyright East Wind Software, 2008-2016. All rights reserved.
EWDraw CAD Component(include ewdraw.ocx,help file,demo) is developed and published by the East Wind software .The component is intended for programmers who need vector graphics capabilities in their applications.

2.License and redistribute
One license per developer is necessary. You may distribute the EWDraw 3D redistributable files, royalty free, with any application you develop. End users of your applications are not licensed to use EWDraw for developing, and may not redistribute EWDraw CAD Component any of these files. It is your responsibility to make such restrictions clear to your end-users. If you distribute your application with source code,the registration key must be reset to "0" (zero) in the source.

3.Limitations on Using and Modifying the Software
You may not modify the Software.
You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the software, or engage in any other activities to obtain underlying information that is not visible to the user in connection with normal use of the software.

4.No Transfer of License
You may not transfer your license of the Software to a third party.

5.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN ANY CASE(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT,INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,DATA LOSS OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING THIS SOFTWARE.),EWDraw's ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO EWDRAW FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

6.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THIS LICENSE,THEN DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
